I am a queer psychotherapist practicing in Seattle. I offer patient, deeply engaged listening and a gentle and non-judgmental approach. My relationships with my clients are based on respect, kindness and transparency.

 

My practice is informed by two decades of social work and social justice principles such as anti-racism, feminism and challenging structural oppression.

I draw on a variety of techniques, including Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing (I am training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.).
