FEES & FORMS

Rates: I charge $140 per 55 minute session.

Payment: Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards are all accepted for payment. When we're able to resume meeting face to face, I will also accept cash.

Cancellation Policy: I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or pay the full cost of the session if it's under 24 hours notice.

Intake paperwork: Once we've scheduled our first appointment I will send you paperwork to complete in advance of that appointment. These forms will include an intake form, disclosure form, consent forms, practice policies and a notice of privacy practices.
